Groundwater Forum
The UK Groundwater Forum has the following aims: -
- Raise the awareness of groundwater and the role it plays in supporting the environment and in water supply
- Provide information on groundwater targeted at specific groups such as decision makers, policy makers and children
- Improve the teaching of groundwater in schools by providing educational resources, or links to existing resources
- Promote careers in groundwater-related professions
- Produce and disseminate information and facilitate discussion on topical groundwater issues within the water and environment community
- Provide a means for those in the water and environment community to share information
FWR and several other organisations support the Forum. It has its own extensive Website, which helps achieve the above aims.

This is entitled Groundwater-our hidden asset and is a layman's guide to how and where groundwater occurs, how it is used and how it is cared for.
