This publication aims to provide guidance to sewerage managers and their staff to help them to achieve appropriate levels of service and maintain cost effectiveness. It supplements the Sewerage Rehabilitation Manual now in widespread use.

The preparation of this work has been carried out by the Sewerage Working Group, a sub-group of the WSA/FWR Sewers and Water Mains Committee.
